These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Gathering (the App Store name RealPeople), the professional networking app from PuraVidaSoftware, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), a Florida limited liability company. By creating an account or using Gathering, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Gathering is for professional networking. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using the app you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Gathering helps you meet people, attend and host events, and build professional relationships. Features include a profile, Discover matching, conversations, connections, and gatherings. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You may sign in with email (a one-time code), Apple, Google, GitHub, or LinkedIn. You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in method secure. You may not impersonate anyone, create a fake professional identity, or share an account.
You keep ownership of the profile details, photos, posts, messages, and event information you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content as needed to operate Gathering (for example, showing your profile to other members when you are discoverable).
Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, discriminatory, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Matching suggestions are informational, not a guarantee of fit. You decide who to contact. Treat other members professionally. Unsolicited spam, scraping other members' data, or using Gathering to harass anyone is prohibited.
Hosts are responsible for their events, including venue, safety, and any fees they charge. Gathering is a discovery and coordination tool. We are not the organizer of third-party events and are not liable for what happens at them.
You agree not to: violate law; reverse-engineer or disrupt the service; scrape or harvest member data; upload malware; attempt to access another account; or use Gathering for anything other than legitimate professional networking.
Sign-in and some features rely on third parties (for example Apple, Google, GitHub, LinkedIn, and our hosting provider). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for those services.
Gathering is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuraVidaSoftware, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for introductions, events, or conversations that occur through the app.
You may stop using Gathering and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
