‍Welcome to Thirteen! These Terms of Use ("Terms"), which are in addition to those standard Apple Terms of Use or (EULA) for iOS users, govern your use of our rummy-style mobile game Thirteen(the "App"), developed by PuraVidaSoftware, LLC ("we,""our," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

‍1. Eligibility
‍You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

‍We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

‍The App may offer in-app purchases. All in-app purchases are final, and no refunds will be provided except where required by law. You are responsible for managing your purchase settings, including payment and parental controls.

‍You agree to use the App according to the rules of the game,Thirteen, and any additional instructions or guidelines provided within the App. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or any unfair practices are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.

‍While using the App, you agree not to: Violate any applicable laws or regulations. Post or transmit any inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content. Use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purposes. Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality.

‍All content within the App, including but not limited to the game's design, features, graphics, and text, is the intellectual property o PuraVidaSoftware LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without our express written consent.

‍We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the App or its users.

‍8. Disclaimer of Warranties
‍The App is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will function without errors or interruptions.

‍9. Limitation of Liability
‍To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

‍We may modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.Your continued use of the App after any such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

‍These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
